Media player cannot download media usage rights media player used to work fine. As I try to play a file, the player looks like it tries to go out and get the media usage rights, but then displays a dialogue box indicating that it can't seem to do it. Usage Rights applies to music bought from an online store. Since your MP3s were sourced elsewhere, they don't have any encryption requiring these usage rights. Windows Media Player will ignore your MP3 files. Basically, leaving any of these options on or off isn't going to change your experience.

Am trying to re-install iCloud on a 32 bit machine and keep getting the error message that I am missing media features and to download them. I have downloaded the Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 10 and installed, but no luck.

Have tried the 'Turn windows features on and off' trick to see if WMP was unticked and do not have any Media Features options at all. Computer seems to have wmp in C: Program Files (x86) Windows Media Player, but cannot run it as it is saying that it is not properly installed and needs to be reinstalled.
